I am a sole practitioner in Auckland specialising in immigration law, visa and citizenship applications. I represent and consult to individuals and employers needing immigration advice. I started my law firm with the goal of being an advocate for people going through the immigration process. I have helped many applicants and their families migrate and settle in New Zealand. I believe legal problem-solving skills are very powerful and necessary in today’s world of modernised immigration laws and I use those tools to empower my clients to navigate their way through the system.
Having practised immigration law for the past 16 years, I have undertaken a wide range of cases and have experience in most immigration situations. My recent practice has included advising in relation to work visas, family visas, skilled migrant EOIs and residence cases, appeals to the IPT, resolving unlawful status and s61s, advising on the impact of criminal convictions on visa applications, suspension of deportation liability notices and citizenship applications.
